Reservation Deposit:
A deposit is required to guarantee all reservations. (One night stay: Full payment | Stays of 2+ nights: 50% of total)
Reservation Balance:
Balance is due at check-in payable by cash, MasterCard, Visa or Discover. Sorry we are unable to accept a personal check at check-in.
Security Deposit:
A security deposit of $250.00 is required at check-in for incidentals, in room smoking, excessive cleaning or damages. (This is a pre-authorized hold on your credit card; the amount is not charged but is reserved or "frozen" for your stay. The hold is released at check out, it might take a few days for the funds to be available again, depending on your banks processing time)

Late Arrivals: PLEASE NOTIFY US IF YOU PLAN TO ARRIVE AFTER OFFICE HOURS.
NOTE: If arriving after office hours, the reservation balance and security deposit will be authorized against the credit card on file; please contact us during office hours if you wish to use a different card for your reservation balance.
$25 cancellation fee for stays of 6 nights or less | $100.00 cancellation fee for stays of 7 nights or more. Cancellations must be made before 8:00 PM, 10 days prior to the scheduled arrival.
If cancelled less than 10 days prior to scheduled arrival, no refund will be issued. Sorry, there are no refunds for early departures.
All units are non-smoking. Guests may smoke in designated locations only. Smoking in room will result in loss of security deposit. If upon departure Sea Mist finds any evidence of smoking in the unit, a minimum of a $200.00 fine will be charged to the credit card provided upon arrival.
Marijuana smoking and Vaping are not allowed anywhere on property.
Sea Mist is a pet friendly resort! With that being said; accommodations are specific, limited and must be requested in advance. Pet Fees Apply.
Please do not bring a pet unless you have been confirmed in a Pet Friendly room, which will be indicated in the room description.
You will NOT automatically be placed in a pet unit when reserving through Booking.com or RCl, if you wish to travel with your pet, you must contact us directly to verify that a pet unit is available for your desired dates.
Unregistered pets and/or pets found to be occupying non-pet units could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or a $1,000.00 charge, plus the normal pet fees.
