Wells Maine Dining and Restaurants
Maine is renowned for its seafood, especially
lobster and fried clams. Wells is home to a host of great
restaurants, something for every taste and every budget. From Sea
Mist, you are so close to seafood restaurants, whether you are in
the mood for a lobster roll at a seaside clam shack or a more
elegant oceanfront restaurant serving exquisite seafood entrees.
Wells has so many fun and family oriented eateries too, from coffee
shops and pizza to fast food, Asian, Italian, even Irish pubs and
Maine microbreweries.
 Many restaurants in Wells and nearby Ogunquit and Kennebunkport
focus on local produce, native beef, and the freshest ingredients
from Maine farms. You will find Maine blueberries on most breakfast
menus, and some of the best clam chowders in the state.
Wells has some rather famous restaurants too, from the legendary
Maine Diner with its award winning home cooked fare (featured on the
Today Show), to top chefs’ culinary creations at Joshua’s, Arrows in
Ogunquit (a James Beard winner) and the five star White Barn in
Kennebunkport. You can take a trolley to lunch or dinner from the
Sea Mist in season.
