Memorial Day and Columbus Day weekend Sundays are charged at weekend

One Night reservations and walk-ins add $5 to above rates.
Weekly Discount - SAVE 10% with 4 people per room.
Economy Rooms have a Queen Bed plus a Full size sleep
sofa.
Standard Rooms have 2 Queens or Queen w/ Full Sleep Sofa.
Premium Rooms are similar to Standard except they
have been recently updated and redecorated
One Bedroom Suites have a private bedroom with a
Queen bed. Separate small living area with kitchen, dining, living area.
Full size sleep sofa in living room.
Kids FREE: Kids 12 & Under Always Stay Free in
parents room. Kids do count toward overall occupancy of the unit
which cannot be exceeded.

- All rates are subject to 7% Maine State Rooms and Lodging
- Rates only confirmed for deposited reservations and subject to change without notice
Deposit: A deposit of 1 night's rate, 1/4 weekly
rate or 1/2 of the package must be received within 5 days of date
reservation is made.
Payments: Balance is due at check-in, and is payable either by
Cash, MasterCard, Visa, Discover or Travelers Checks. No personal checks
accepted at check-in.
Security Deposit: Sea Mist requires a Security Deposit for
incidental charges and/or possible damages/excessive clean-up. Because
all units are individually owned, we strictly enforce unit inspections
at check-out. You will be charged for any loss, damage or; excessive
clean-up.
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled 10 days prior to scheduled
arrival, a refund will be issued minus a $20 service charge for any stay
of less than a week. Cancellation of reservations of a week or more will
be issued a refund minus a $20 service charge per week rented. If
cancelled less than 10 days to scheduled arrival, no refund will be
issued. No refunds on early departures.
Room Requests: Specific room location requests will be honored
whenever possible, but not guaranteed.
Smoking Policy: All of our units are non-smoking. You may smoke
outside on the deck if no other nearby guests are inconvenienced.
Office Hours: In Season: 8 am to 10 pm, 7 Days - Off
Season: 8 am to 8 pm weekdays, 8 am to 10 pm, Friday-Saturday.
Late Arrivals: Please advise the office of late arrivals.
